2018 is over so is the SILENCE about continuous gender bias decisions of some of the Luxembourg judges in children custody hearings in Luxembourg Family Courts.

Hypocrisy, inconsideration for family life, parental inequality, violation of children rights and discrimination of fathers in Luxembourg courts MUST STOP.

As of January 2nd, 2019, FAD.lu – Fathers Against Discrimination will start collecting courts’ decisions from parents whose rights have been violated to highlight gender inequality in Luxembourg judicial system.

The purpose of FAD’s action is to expose discriminatory and backward custody decisions as well as illogical and often outrageous arguments behind it.

Legally, once court’s decision is announced the decision becomes a property of both parents. With a consent of just one of the parents and removing the name of the other to respect GDPR we can and we will make these decisions public.
