FAD – Fathers Against Discrimination a.s.b.l. “Both parents for All Children” met with Ms. Nathalie MORGENTHALER and the Board Members of Luxembourg CET – Centre for Equal Treatment.

The presentation given by Patryk P. RYBIŃSKI, a president of FAD was followed by a discussion with CET Collaborators and the Board Members of CET (Panel). The exchange of views evolved around the 7 FAD™ Postulates that FAD presented on 10 May 2023 to Luxembourg political parties and all members of the Luxembourg parliament.

Those present included Nathalie MORGENTHALER – Director, Patrick HURST – Chairman, Natacha SIMBA – Jurist, Anik RASKIN, Sandra REITER, Gilles BOULTGEN,  Annemie MAQUIL, Katia FERNANDES and Sylvie KERGER.

Following the FAD visit, the board members of CET decided, to address a number of problems and requests to appropriate institutions hoping to find a suitable solution to the problems, issues and barriers parents endure following separation or divorce.

* Panel – a panel of five members, including a chairman. The chairman and the members of the CET are appointed for five years. They are appointed by the Grand Duke based on a proposal from the Chamber of Deputies, on the basis of their competence in the field of the promotion of equal treatment. The five-year term can be renewed once.
