FAD in Luxembourg media | by Lëtzebuerger Journal

FAD – Fathers Against Discrimination in Lëtzebuerger Journal press release – Download the article. We would like to send warm thank you to Journal for covering the story.

It is humiliating that in 2019 Luxembourg, in the heart of Europe, a father needs to stand in the streets protesting and reach out to anyone he can to raise awareness of gender and parental inequality in Luxembourg courts. Fight to gain equal access to his sons even though decision of the court clearly states that not only he has full parental authority he is also equally capable as the mother to raise his children.

50/50 SHARED PARENTING – ALTERNATING RESIDENCE MODEL MAY NOT RESOLVE EVERY ISSUE PARENTS DEAL WITH DURING AND AFTER DIVORCE BUT IT PROTECTS THE CHILDREN BY REMOVING POSSIBILITY FOR EITHER PARENT TO USE CHILDREN AS AN INSTRUMENT OF BLACKMAIL.

Take 2-3 minutes of your time and please read FAD.lu – Fathers Against Discrimination Petition, learn why 50/50 Shared Parenting – Alternating Residence model should become part of the Luxembourg Family Law and a rule for custody hearings just as it has been in Belgium for over a decade. Most importantly please sign the petition. We can change things.

Lët’z Make Equal Shared Parenting – ”Résidence Alternée” THE DEFAULT LAW in Luxembourg.

Council of Europe Resolution – CE Resolution 2079/15.

Courage, Strength & Love.

For Jeremi & Oliwier and All the Children finding courage, strength and love when dealing with separation and divorce of their parents.
