Real Women Support Shared Parenting | CE Resolution 2079/15 – Françoise HETTO-GAASCH

Untitled Design copy - 2021-03-09T222126.047

Real women support Equal Shared Parenting as LEGAL DEFAULT because it is a WOMEN‘S RIGHTS ISSUE. Real women support Equal Shared Parenting because it is the most efficient model after separation of parents that prevents child abuse caused by Parental Alienation (PA).

When Equal Shared Parenting becomes the LEGAL DEFAULT (unless fit and loving parents individually agree otherwise), the professional career „risk“ of having children is evenly placed on men and women. Employer can no longer unilaterally attribute that risk to women. That will take away the biggest obstacle of inequality for women in the workplace.

In the center of the foto with the red jacket is Françoise HETTO-GAASCH, the former Luxembourg Minister for Equality Between Men and Women and the initiator of Council of Europe Resolution 2079/15 on equality and the role of fathers (see Art 5.5 of said resolution for equal shared parenting; the text of the resolution is in the comments). Why is the implementation of that unanimously voted resolution in 2015, six years in DELAY in many EU member states including Luxembourg? Cui bono?

It seems only a handful modern countries and EU members states truly believe in gender equality. Belgium has introduced Shared Parenting Law since 2006 and Denmark is one of the 1st countries in the world with a Default Shared Parenting, Double Residency Address and Shared Welfare Benefits Law After Separation of Parents since 2019.

Equal Shared Parenting is a women’s right issue. Women REALLY fighting for equality should push the implementation of CE resolution 2079/15 in ALL member states of the European Council instead of discrediting all women through discriminatory quota or toxic feminism that will only divide society.
