In view of the upcoming local and national elections in Luxembourg, FAD – Fathers Against Discrimination a.s.b.l. « Both Parents for All Children » has been in contact with Luxembourg political parties (DP, LSAP, déi gréng, CSV, ADR, Piratenpartei), religion organizations and Luxembourg Ministries. Following constructive discussions and exchange of views on 10 May 2023 our organization presented to the Luxembourg Parliament the final draft of the 7 FAD™ Postulates.

We hope that every respectful politician of the 60 Members of the « Chambre des députés du grand-duché de Luxembourg » running for re-election, will treat the matters presented in our documents seriously introducing appropriate measures, advocating changes in the law and regulations with the objective to remove barriers and difficulties Luxembourg parents must currently endure after separation.

The Postulates have also been officially communicated to all Luxembourg political parties, Prime Minister BETTEL, Minister CAHEN, Minister BOFFERDING, Minister TANSON, Minister MEISCH, Ombudsman Claudia MONTI, Charel SCHMIT (OKaJu – Ombudsman fir Kanner a Jugendlecher), Nathalie MORGENTHALER (CET), Gilbert PREGNO (CCDH – Consultative Human Rights Commission) etc. The communication expanded to social media, Luxembourg journalists (approx. 380 – source www.press.lu), newspapers and other media in Luxembourg including RTL, L’essentiel, Luxemburger Wort, Luxembourg Journal, Tageblatt, The Chronicle, Luxembourg Times, Moien Mental, Reporter, Delano, Le Quoditien, Revue etc.
