FAD – Fathers Against Discrimination a.s.b.l. keeps receiving complaints from Luxembourg parents, grandparents, or other family members about the work of some of the Luxembourg attorneys which are often mandated to represent minors during custody proceedings. We have reached out to Bâtonnier Pit RECKINGER requesting the details of the training Luxembourg attorneys go through when submitting their application to become children attorneys. We also asked for the most current list of children’s lawyers in Luxembourg.
