FAD – Fathers against Discrimination completed its Protesting Day on Friday, Oct. 18th, 2019 in the Luxembourg City.
As planned we started our Informative Demonstration on JFK avenue vis-a-vis Auchan Kirchberg, Luxembourg. Later on moved to Court of Justice of the European Union. We visited with the Ministry of Equal Rights between Women and Men. Provided informative material to pedestrians on the streets of Luxembourg City and at the final stage demonstrated in front of Xavier BETTEL, the Luxembourg Prime Minister’s office.
It was an intense but a successful day. We held numerous discussions with the people encountered on the streets and brought interest and further information to those wanting to learn more about our cause explaining why 50/50 Shared Parenting – Alternating Residence is the most effective model bringing emotional stability to children during separation and after divorce of the parents.
FAD will continue raising awareness of our cause and we have already planned next Protesting Days this year. More information to come.
A child should never be deprived of his natural human right to family life and equal access to both parents. Nor does anyone have the right to decide which of his parents’ love has more value.
Please sign FAD Petition to help 50/50 Shared Parenting – Alternating Residence become a rule and a starting point for all custody hearings in Luxembourg just as it has been in Belgium since 2006.
