Children are the most precious and the most important elements of our society. They are because they are our future. With the occurring social changes and an increase of divorce rate it is our responsibility to create legal frame that will protect our children.

Kids have eternal right to freely express themselves, to have equal access and presence of both parents in their lives. The parents have a human right for family life. These rights are included in the Convention of a Right of a Child ratified by Luxembourg in 1993 and the Convention of Human Rights ratified by Luxembourg in 1953.

Luxembourg as a society has a great opportunity to rise above and set example for the rest of Europe by introducing 50/50 Shared Parenting as part of the Family Law protecting the children and assure gender and parental equality.
